Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Use of Services

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine a violation of these Terms.

2.1 Pickup and Delivery: We provide pickup and delivery services subject to scheduling availability and service areas. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

2.2 Garment Care: While we take the utmost care in handling your garments, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or special care requirements that were not disclosed.

2.3 Turnaround Time: Standard processing times apply, but may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee same-day or expedited service unless explicitly stated.

 

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. Promotional offers or discounts may have specific terms and expiry dates.

3.2 Billing: Payments must be made in full at the time of service or per any agreed-upon billing arrangement.

3.3 Refunds & Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or re-cleaning services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Liability & Limitations

4.1 We are not liable for items lost or damaged due to:

  • Customer-provided inaccurate information.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Items left unclaimed beyond 30 days.

4.2 Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to the lesser of:

  • The value of the garment based on its age and condition.

  • A maximum of $[X] per item, unless otherwise required by law.

 

5. User Accounts & Privacy

5.1 Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and security.
